Tucked into a lush, forested
hillside with sweeping panoramic views right across
Golden Bay, Tullamoore Beach House is a rare delight on
one of New Zealand's most pristine stretches of
coastline. With a vista that takes in the tip of Abel
Tasman National Park, Farewell Spit and the snow-capped
mountains of Kahurangi, Tullamoore offers all the
luxuries and appointments of a large family home with
private access to one of the Bay's most remarkable
stretches of beach within metres of the front door.
The idyllic privacy of Tullamoore is afforded by over
three acres of native New Zealand bush surrounding the
house - complete with abundant native bird-life in the
trees, glow-worms nestled in the stream banks, and a
World Heritage recognised shorebird environment on the
waters edge. Despite the wonderful feeling of isolation,
the classic kiwi township of Collingwood is only a few
minutes away and from there the hinterland of Golden Bay
opens up a wide range of possibilities - from outdoor
adventure and scenic exploration to fine cafes,
character pubs, galleries and craft studios.
